You are a registered user acting as a seller if you use the services to advertise and provide all such information relating to the property including without limitation, providing a detailed description of the property, the relevant measurement and size, floor plans, photographic images and the sale price offered for such property.

All property data uploaded onto the website by you shall be in the format as required by Homesdotcom and shall relate strictly and solely to the property you wish to sell. Homesdotcom reserves the right to edit or remove any data that Homesdotcom believes does not meet with its requirements or relate to the property advertised using the services.

You warrant that you shall comply with all applicable legislation in respect of your advertisement and intended sale of the property advertised including without limitation, the Estate Agents Act 1979, The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007. For the avoidance of doubt, You acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for determining whether a Homebuyers Report or Energy Performance Certificate is required and preparing or organizing the preparation of such a Homebuyers Report or Energy Performance Certificate and paying any associated costs.
